Recruitment Process

01.

Identifying Client Needs

Client fills out a “Manpower request form” to identify and analyze the desired manpower requirements.

02.

Promoting the Job Opportunities

After knowing Client’s specific needs, CCSI started to create vacancies. Furthermore, the vacancies will be published using a job portals and social media.

03.

Filtering Applicants

CCSI filtering applicants through job portals. Applicants who meet the qualifications will follow the next recruitment stage. The following recruitment stages in CCSI: Phone Interview, Videocall Interview, Psychological Test and Assessment, Competency Test, and User Interview.

04.

Signing Contract

Applicants who pass to the final stage and are declared accepted at the client company, then the work status follows its company. CCSI responsibilities are fulfilled once the client’s needs are met.
