The following are the stages of CCSI recruitment in general:

Telephone interviews are more effective and efficient, since it helps the applicants in terms of time, effort, and costs.
The advantages of phone interview is that the applicants do not have to come physically. This will benefit those who are out of town by minimizing cost and time, especially when they are required to queue for an interview.
Thus, candidates have the opportunity to prepare themselves in advance prior calling the CCSI Recruitment Officer, so that the result of the interview are satisfactory.
One of CCSI services is recruitment, where CCSI helps our clients process in all stages of recruitment until we find qualified candidates.
All stages of CCSI recruitment do not involve any collection of fees, nor salary deductions
Recruitment

The duration of CCSI recruitment services is 1 month, in which 1 month CCSI will provide at least 3 candidates who have been processed for Interview and Psychological Test, so that the company only accepts the best candidates.
If within 1 month we have not provided a candidate, we will evaluate the challenge and if it is a mistake from the CCSI team, then we will give an additional 1 month free.
Our recruitment specialization starts from operational level, staff/admin to Supervisor.
If you use CCSI recruitment service, then we will help you in terms of:

The following are psychological tests that we use in general:

Career Counseling

You can find out your abilities and potential from the results of psychological tests, such as: IQ / intelligence level, personality type, work attitude, work endurance, work accuracy, etc.
Thus from the psychological test result you can consult directly with a psychologist who is also a professional HR Manager at CCSI
The psychological test will take about 3 hours first, then a career consultation will take around 1-2 hours.
